I've led teams throughout the creative process from concept to key-line. Storyboard to final cut. In person and across time zones. I'm fantastically easy to work with and aim to support, guide and inspire people to do their best work possible. In my 16-year career I've learned to stay humble and approach every project as if it's the biggest thing in the world. I'm a believer in asking the right questions and challenging a creative team, my clients and myself to always look deeper. Understanding and empathy is where great work begins.
In addition to my advertising career, I've also had the honor of serving as adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Arlington, teaching degree-track courses at all undergrad levels in their top-tier design program accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). My courses cover a range of foundational, practical and advanced topics such as universal design principles, semiotic theory, symbol design, typography, concept development, visual identity systems, creative process,
critique, professional practice and design for good.
